 You can register into CTM Online, AP exams and PSAT tests in the following time periods:

CTM Online Course Registration and Enrolment Fees

• A non-refundable registration fee for each course of Euro 20.
• Course fees are listed for each course in the catalog
• Electronic textbooks and materials are included in the course fees of FLVS Global Online. Courses of other partners do not include study materials. The necessary study materials are listed with each course description in the Course Catalog. Students must purchase them before the course starts.
• For some courses (e.g., AP Chemistry), prior to commencement of courses, students need to agree with their school on terms for the use of the school laboratory and

  A non-refundable registration fee needs to be paid for each selected course. The fee is due 14 days from the submission of the “Student Application Form”.

  An enrollment fee needs to be paid for each selected course.

  The enrollment fee (course fee) is listed with each course description in the Course Catalog. The capacity of some courses might be limited. In those cases, students are admitted based on the date they applied – first come first serve basis.

  Prior to commencement of courses, students must acquire all required study materials listed with each course description.

  CTM Online courses last one or two semesters. Students are required to follow course time schedule and complete the course in the school year; otherwise their study becomes incomplete and is not evaluated. CTY sends study results to students, parents and schools.

 

AP Exam Fee

The fee for the international AP exam is not part of the CTM Online course fee. It needs to be paid separately.

Need to Cancel My Course

An 50% refund of a course enrollment fee may be granted, if after payment, a student decides to withdraw and informs us about the decision within two (2) weeks of the course commencement by registered letter to CTM - Centrum pro talentovanou mládež, Ms. Jeanne Bočková, Lohniského 898/1, 152 00 Praha, Czech Republic.

The decision to withdraw needs to be properly justified. CTM reserves the right to evaluate the reasons for the withdrawal. The refund decision will be made according to the reasons stated in the registered letter mailed to the above address and upon receipt confirmation. If approved, a refund will be sent by a bank transfer to the account specified by the student in the registered letter informing about the course withdrawal. The bank transfer may take about four to six weeks.

Refunds are generally not granted to students that decide to withdraw more than two (2) weeks after course commencement. Refunds are not granted to students who fail to complete their course.

Students who violate the rules of conduct may be expelled from CTM Online without a course fee refund.
