Our team comprises of highly accomplished instructors, school coordinators, child psychologists, lecturers and teaching assistants. School coordinators help us identify students for CTM programs, tune our programs with standard school requirements; monitor progress and trouble shoot as needed. We work closely with and benefit greatly from the support of school directors, parents and many volunteers. They all are invaluable to the success of CTM Online students.

Mgr. Martin Štefl, Ph.D. graduated from the Department of Anglophone Literatures & Cultures at Charles University in Prague, where he studied English Philology and Philosophy. Currently, Martin works at the School of Business of the University of Chemistry and Technology in Prague where he teaches courses in English, focusing on ESP and skills training, in particular on critical thinking, and humanities. Besides his work as a translator, Martin is professionally interested in philosophy of business, ethics, and philosophy of technology and researches into critical thinking and its applications in ELT.

Doc. RNDr. Ing. Jana Kalová, PhD. is an alumnus of the mathematical engineering programme at the Faculty of Applied Sciences at ZČU, teaching mathematics and physics at the Faculty of Education at JU. She completed her PhD and habilitation in the field of thermomechanics and fluid mechanics at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at ZČU. She is the vice dean for education at the Faculty of Natural Sciences at JU and at CTM, she is an instructor of courses in the fields of mathematics and natural sciences. She also leads the training and mentoring of instructors at CTM.

Mgr. Katarina Rebrošová graduated with a MS degree in experimental biology with focus on microbiology and molecular biotechnology from the Faculty of Science, Masaryk University in Brno. She is pursuing a doctoral degree in Medical Microbiology and Immunology at the Medical Faculty of Masaryk University. She is a CTM Online instructor of AP Biology, Comprehensive Science and Anatomy and Physiology.

Ing. Jana Vitvarová, PhD, graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Žilina in Slovakia. She gained professional and foreign experience in companies and scientific research institutions in France, Ireland and Austria. He works at the Faculty of Mechatronics, Informatics and Interdisciplinary Studies at the Technical University of Liberec. Since 2015, she has been CTM Online instructor of information technology courses.

Mgr. Tereza Bílek is a graduate with MA degree in the English Language and Literature - Foundations of Social Sciences from the Pedagogical Faculty of Charles University in Prague. Since 2016, she has been with CTM Online.

Mgr. Blanka Neumanová graduated with master degree in Parasitology from the Faculty of Science of Charles University. She has been working with children for many years as an instructor of summer camps. Blanka performs as the CTM Online instructor of Science courses.

Dr. Iva Kolářová is a parasitologist holding a lecturer position in the Department of Parasitology at Charles University in Prague. In 2007 she was awarded with Fulbright Scholarship as visiting scholar at National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIH, USA). Since 2013, Iva Kolářová is the CTM Online instructor for the AP Biology course.

RNDr. Helena Kommová is a professor of mathematics at Johannes Kepler Gymnasium in Prague. Since 2013 he has been with CTM Online teaching math courses AP Calculus AB and BC.

Radek Šabatka, B.A. is a graduate of New York University Shanghai. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Economy with a focus on the People's Republic of China's global investments in the Global South. Since 2023, he has been studying for a master’s degree in international relations at the London School of Economics and Political Science. Radek has worked at the American Enterprise Institute in Washington, D.C., and at the Center for Global China, where he currently serves as a research assistant. At CTM, Radek is an instructor of AP Comparative Politics.

Anička Jambrichová is currently studying general medicine at the Medical Faculty of Masaryk University. In the future, she plans to specialize in surgery, primarily orthopedics/traumatology. She speaks Spanish and English fluently and has more than six years of experience in teaching languages - Spanish, English - as well as subjects such as anatomy and physiology. In her free time, she enjoys traveling or engaging in sports.

Marcela Peska has her Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from the University of Johannesburg, South Africa. She has extensive experience teaching at primary and secondary schools in the Czech Republic, South Africa and Great Britain. She has joined the CTM team where she guides students in AP Human Geography.

Mgr. Jakub Januška, PhD. is a researcher and a clinical professional in the area of clinical psychology and psychiatry. During his studies at Comenius University in Bratislava, he focused on the everyday aspects of paranoia and social functioning in people with severe mental illnesses. At CTM, he is an online course instructor for AP Psychology.

Bc. Jaroslav Körner earned his Bachelor's degree in Information Technology with a specialization in Intelligent Systems from the Technical University of Liberec. Currently, he is pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Systems. In his free time he enjoys climbing, e-sports and programming. He is an instructor of the Foundations of Programming course focusing on Python.

Jenny Lees is an experienced American certified university counsellor passionate about helping students find the right university where they will thrive academically and develop socially. Under Jenny’s guidance, her students have received offers from the most respected universities worldwide.

Mgr. Jaroslav Kala is an alumnus of the teaching of mathematics and physics at high schools programme at the South Bohemian University. He teaches mathematics and physics at České reálné gymnázium in České Budějovice. He co-authored several textbooks of mathematics for high schools. He works at CTM since the year 2013 as an instructor of physics-based and other online courses in the field of natural sciences.

Jana Sehnálková graduated from International Territorial Studies at the Faculty of Social Sciences of Charles University in Prague, where she is currently engaged at the Department of North American Studies. Her focus is on Chinese-American relations, American history, American political system, and American internal politics.

Pavel Kouba graduated with a MS degree in mathematics from the Faculty of Science at the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice. He teaches mathematics at SPŠ Dopravní in Prague. Since 2015 he is CTM instructor teaching CTM Online math courses.

My name is Lenka Hromadkova. I studied Chemistry and Biology during my bachelor’s degree and Analysis of Biological Materials within my master’s degree at University of Pardubice. In 2018, I finished my doctoral degree in Animal Physiology at Charles University in Prague with focus on immunochemistry and cell biology in neuroscience. During my PhD studies, I received several fellowships, which allowed me to work on projects at Karolinska Institutet in Stockholm (Sweden). Currently, I live in Cleveland (Ohio, US) and work as a postdoc at Case Western Reserve University on a project regarding the basic mechanisms of misfolded proteins spreading in Alzheimer’s disease.

Vojtěch Jindra studies Machine Intelligence at Aalborg University and works as a Machine Learning Engineer in a danish start-up called Aivero which focuses on applying methods of artificial intelligence on 3D data. He has been interested in the field of Computer Science ever since he was a kid and nowadays, he has turned his focus to popular topics like artificial intelligence, machine learning and big data. In his free time, he likes to travel, read, ride his bike and play squash and soccer.

Mgr. Daniel Lessner graduated with a MS degree in Artificial Intelligence from Charles University in Prague, where he is now pursuing a PhD in computer science didactics. He is a developer, author and supervisor of CTM Online IT courses. He is an instructor of AP Computer Science A and AP Computer Science Principles and leads instructors of other IT courses.

Lucie Krausová is a software development student at a widely acclaimed university in Prague. Thanks to going through the international IB programme during high school, she is fluent in English, basically as if it were her mother tongue, and has no problem helping out with it in any way. In her personal life, her primary interest are dogs and everything that revolves around them.

Bruno Zalubil graduated from the University of Puget Sound with a degree in English and he has been writing professionally – for newspapers, magazines, horse race tracks, local governments, charity organizations, and software companies – for more than three decades. He provides consulting services to start-up technology companies; proofreads academic papers; and writes the “Bruno in Brno” column for BrnoDaliy.com and the “Through Brno” blog for the Brno Expats Centre. He teaches writing courses for CTM, including the STEM courses, Creative Writing courses, Writing Nonfiction Online and Journalism.

Ing. Olga Novikova is a Ph.D. candidate in Economics at CERGE-EI (Charles University and the Economics Institute of the Czech Academy of Sciences) in Prague. She has been teaching with CTM since 2019 and currently instructs AP Macroeconomics, AP Microeconomics, and AP Statistics. Before starting her Ph.D., she worked as a lecturer in economics at the Higher School of Economics in Russia for five years. Olga is passionate about helping students develop analytical thinking and understand how economic principles apply to real-world issues.

Anne-Maria Matejas is a student at the French political science institute Sciences Po, where she has just obtained her Bachelor’s degree and is about to start her Master’s degree in International Security. Since her secondary school studies at Open Gate School, she has been passionate about international relations, particularly about issues surrounding nuclear weapons. She also enjoys branching out of her field and dabbling in philosophy and history. Whenever she has free time, she enjoys playing the piano, hiking with her dog, or horse-riding.

Adam Boček is a student of the Czech Technical University in Prague and Unicorn University. His primary interests lie in self-education in the fields of business management, economics, physics and IT. Apart from these academic interests, he is an avid fan of the works of J.R.R. Tolkien, a connoisseur of orchestral music, a HEMA practitioner and a 3D printing enthusiast. He finds joy in teaching others about his interests, or at least about fields that are somewhat close to them. His goal as an instructor is to pass on his love for learning to the young generations.

Kristián Jacik studies information technology at the Faculty of Mechatronics, Informatics and Interdisciplinary Studies at the Technical University of Liberec. He has participated in several Children's University courses and leads a small computer science club at a local primary school. Since 2020 he has been working with CTM and is an instructor of online courses focused on computer science.

Michala Krestová, PhD is a researcher at the National Institute of Mental Health, where she also has a dissertation focusing on neurodegenerative diseases, especially Alzheimer's disease. Since 2015, she has been with CTM Online teaching AP Chemistry courses.

Jasmína Švarcrová is a current third-year student of the bachelor’s programme Joint Honours History and Political Science at Trinity College Dublin in Ireland. She graduated from Open Gate grammar school, where she studied in the International Baccalaureate programme, and she also completed two courses with CTM – AP U.S. History and Creative Writing. Within CTM, Jasmína works as an instructor for the following online courses – World History, History of the British Isles, and Develop Your Study Skills. She likes to spend her free time with friends and family, tasting delicious food or visiting historical landmarks and cultural events.

Mgr. Daniela Kleiblová earned her Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology from the University of Florida in the USA and her Master of Science (Mgr.) degree in General Psychology from the University of New York in Prague. Daniela also completed the Concussion Diagnosis and Prevention Training at the University of Michigan and is currently finishing the Integrative Psychotherapy Training Program at the Skála Institute in Prague. At CTM, Daniela teaches the AP Psychology class.

PhDr. Ivona Raimanová graduated from Charles University in Prague, where she studied Art History and the Italian language. She currently works at the Art & Design Institut in Prague, where she lectures in Philosophy of Art courses taught in both Czech and English. In addition, she works as a curator of contemporary art exhibitions. Ivona’s professional focus lies on contemporary art and art of the second half of the twentieth century, which she approaches through philosophical and contextual analysis. She is the author of several books, as well as texts published in exhibition catalogues and art magazines.

Eva Lysoňková is currently an undergraduate student in the field of Special pedagogy at Palacký University in Olomouc. She is passionate about the humanities, including psychology, sociology, and pedagogy. She is a long-time volunteer with ADRA, o.p.s. , a new instructor of experiential pedagogy in the Atmosféra-zs organisation. Starting this year, she has been collaborating with CTM — Psychology Basics Online.

Bc. Hana Slámová is a Master’s student in Environmental Chemistry and Toxicology at the Faculty of Science, Masaryk University. She has been engaged in research since high school – from studying circadian rhythms in mammals, through investigating the disruption of the hormonal system by chemical pollution, to genetic engineering of duckweed. Since 2021, she has also been active at the BIOSKOP educational centre, where she lectures regular courses and summer schools, and contributes to the organisation of various correspondence seminars. Beyond science and education, she enjoys mountain hiking and all kinds of dance.

Bc. Aneta Kuchařová holds a Bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry of Organisms from the Faculty of Science at Charles University. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology at Heidelberg University. Throughout her studies, she has gained experience from several research internships in the fields of cell and synthetic biology. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading, or spending time with friends in a café.

Karolína Šlesingerová is a general medicine student at Charles University in Prague. During high school, she completed 7 AP courses and earned both the AP Capstone Diploma and the AP International Diploma. In her free time, she enjoys walking in nature and traveling, as well as practicing yoga and running. She fell in love with biology while taking AP Biology and AP Environmental Science courses and hopes to pass on her passion for the subject to future generations of students.

Alžbeta Jambrichová is a student at the Faculty of Medicine of Masaryk University. She has years of experience as a tutor teaching Slovak and English language as well as teaching at a language school. During her medical studies, she would like to get internships in other countries and would like to apply the knowledge she gained at home. Her passion is meeting new people, traveling and endurance sports.

Bc. Petra Tensamani Zekri studied physiotherapy at the Medical Faculty of the University of Ostrava. However, she completed a part of her studies in Palma de Mallorca. After her studies, she served as a physiotherapist in the Motol University Hospital in Prague and as the head physiotherapist in the Medicinal Centre at Skalka. In addition to English, she is highly proficient in Spanish. In her free time, she likes to do various sports and travel. At CTM, she teaches the online course Anatomy and Physiology.

Klára Hloušková, after five years of studying at the MFF UK, decided to switch to studying theology. However, maths and informatics certainly haven’t gone out of her favour. In addition to her studies, she also has several years of experience preparing students for high school admissions and helping them with mathematics. Outside of academics, she enjoys all kinds of crafting.
